Content:
The Waldshut Administrative District is responsible for its “own content” as a content provider within the framework of Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Section 55 of the Interstate Broadcasting and Telemedia Agreement (RStV). The Administrative District rejects any liability beyond this. In particular, the Waldshut Administrative District does not guarantee that the information provided is up-to-date, correct, complete or usable. Liability claims against the Waldshut Administrative District, which refer to damages of a material and/or non-material nature, are fundamentally excluded, insofar as there is no intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the Waldshut Administrative District.

External links:
Links (cross-references) are set from the Waldshut Administrative District website’s own content to the contents provided by other providers. Through these links, the Waldshut Administrative District provides “third-party content” for use. According to Sections 7 to 10 TMG, service providers are only responsible for third-party content that they make available for use if they are aware of this content and it is technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent its use. However, links are dynamic references. Therefore, the Waldshut Administrative District has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked pages. The Waldshut Administrative District therefore expressly distances itself from all contents of all linked pages that have been changed after the link was set and that deviate from their original objective in terms of content and/or technology. The Waldshut Administrative District does not adopt the opinions and/or factual claims published on the linked pages as its own by placing the link. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information, the provider of the page to which reference is made shall be solely liable in each case.
